Managing Director of APWCFC |
He is the Official Head of Corporation. He is responsible for the executive administration of the Corporation. He exercises general supervision and control over the staff under him and he is responsible to fix the accountability to members of the staff to do the work allotted to them efficiently and expeditiously, with the assistance of Development Officer, Administrative Officer, Accounts Officer, Marketing Manager & Loaning Officers. |
Powers & Duties of the Development Officer |
He looks after the development activities like planning, budget, maintenance of the WWHs and conducting AWT Trainings and vocational Trainings in addition to this he attends, what ever the work allotted by the Managing Director. |
Powers & Duties of the Administrative Officer |
She looks after administrative matters of the Corporation. In addition to this she attends, what ever the work allotted by the Managing Director. |
Powers & Duties of the Accounts Officer |
He looks after the accounts of the Corporation i.e., Maintenance of Cash Book, FDRs, Supervision of District Level units Accounts and Audit Activities. And he also attends what ever work entrusted by the Managing Director. |
Powers & Duties of the Marketing Manager |
She looks after the Production-cum-training Unit of Head Office and supervise the District Level Production Units. She also acts as Loaning & Recovery Officer and also supervise the Loans above Rs.1,00,000/- state wide. |
Powers & Duties of the Loaning Officer |
(3) Loaning Officers & Recovery Officers are functioning duties for (3) regions, Andhra, Telangana & Rayalaseema and supervise the Loaning Programme i.e., documentation and inspections etc. |
Powers & Duties of the Superintendents. |
(6) No. of Superintendents attending duties to their respective sections. |
Powers & Duties of the DEOs. |
DEO through placement attend computer work, which ever is entrusted by the concerned sections |

The procedure in the decision making is by way of following the Corporation Bye-Laws, Board Meeting resolutions and as per the directions of the Government from time to time. |

The Corporation discharge its functions as per the Bye-Laws of the Corporation and as per the resolution of the Managing Committee and General Body Meetings. |

During 2006-07, an amount of Rs.2030 crores has been allotted out of which an amount of Rs.57.50 lakhs was released towards 1st Quarter by the Government. The releases made and expenditure incurred in the H.O. & DMSVKs are appended. |

The Commissioner, Family Welfare Department, A. P. Hyderbad, has alloted an amount of Rs.7,57,55,700/- during the month of November '05 for implementing "Women Health Volunteers" Scheme under the Reproductive Child Health-II Project approved by Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi. The Scheme is implementing through the APWCFC in its DMSVKs in all districts except Kadapa, Kurnool, Mahaboobnagar and Hyderbad.
So far an amount of Rs.5,13,72,940/- has been received and the same was incurred, and the programme is going to be completed by the end of March '07. The releases made and expenditure incurred in the H.O. & DMSVKs are appended.
